For your bearded dragon diet it is must that it’s made up of two types of foods. The first one is kind of vegetation and the second one must be insects. The main foods you will be feeding your bearded dragon are staple foods. Staple foods are a type of foods that are acceptable to be fed on daily basis.
For Vegetation you can feed then with Butternut Squash, Cactus Pads, Collard Greens, Dandelion Greens, Green Acorn Squash, Mustard Greens, Kabocha Squash, Tunip Greens (not the root), and Yuca Root.
For Insects diet you can feed them with Silkworms, Phoenix worms, Crickets, Roaches, Superworms, and Mealworms.
The quantity of bearded dragon diet to be feed is actually varies and depending on the age and the size of your beardie.

Adult beardie : 80% Vegetation and 20% Insects.
